LX Glas R&D Center leads the present and future of glass technology. Since its inception, LX Glas R&D Center has been focused on research and development activities on glass technology. The R&D Center is focused on development projects that are closely linked with production sites, integrated with research activities, and marketing efforts. In doing so, it helps achieve timely technological advancements and effective market penetration in the increasingly specialized international environmental and competitive market landscape. The selection and focus of these core tasks are supported by the research support framework.

LX Glas R&D Center is designated as an official KOLAS Testing Laboratory KOLAS (Korea Laboratory Accreditation Scheme). It uses an accreditation system for laboratories with test and analysis capabilities that are in line with international standards, ensured through strict evaluation and follow-up procedures.

Tests can be requested online, or you can apply by downloading and submitting the completed application form via mail, fax, or email. Once the test and analysis has been accepted, the progress of the test and analysis can be tracked. The appropriated test will be selected by reviewing appropriateness, selection of measuring equipment, and analysis cost.
